I am a Transaction Services Partner for RSM in London. I joined RSM in 2013 following the merger with Tenon, a firm which I had joined six years previously to establish and build the Transaction Services team in London. The Transaction Services team at RSM is a partner led team with a strong and building client base spread across leading mid-market private equity houses, banks, major corporates and capital markets. Key to the approach is active partner input throughout transaction processes.I have a broad range of experience from twenty five years of due diligence, where I have specialised in the private equity and leveraged buy-out arena. I have developed a broad range of experience in acquisition, vendor due diligence and flotations working closely with a range of clients in the mid-market sector and above.I have substantial cross border experience and Head RSM's Global Due Diligence Leadership Team working closely with other member firms of the RSM International network. I am also a founding partner of RSM’s European Transaction Advisory Services leadership team. My chief responsibilities are in leading project teams in complex transaction services engagements across a range of sectors and geographies working on both buy and sell side. I have a particular focus on deal mechanisms including locked boxes and completion accounts.
