Implemented ISO 90001 (QMS), safety compliance (HSE reporting and best practice) and industry accreditations (Microgeneration Certification Scheme; NIC & EIC Contractor Approved) to achieve 98% first time project compliance (1,000 properties monthly). Worked towards ISO 14001 (EMS) accreditation and became a preferred supplier with regional offices to support nationwide contracts.CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT: Built high-level client relationships and negotiated (won) multi-year agreements with several UK house builders (major players). CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT: Hired to drive regional growth, strengthen contract delivery and implement operational standards for domestic solar PV installations and growing portfolio of large-scale commercial projects. Worked directly with the CEO & Board Members on growth strategy, contract delivery (100+ projects a year) and key accreditations (Microgeneration Certification Scheme).

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP: Successfully built a £multi-million company from scratch. Progressed from a BSKYB Sub-Contractor (5 vans) to become a preferred BSKYB Contractor employing 30 people (25 vans) covering a large geographical area specialising in high risk and high-rise installations for commercial and domestic customers. Accredited training centre for BSKYB’s own installers.
