As part of the executive management team, primary responsibilities included leading JASON's educational product development and production, business development, and key partner relationship maintenance. Responsible for selling 95% of JASON’s current portfolio, including commercial clients such as Boeing, Chevron and IBM, government agencies such as NASA, NOAA and the Department of Energy, and educational clients that are among the largest school districts in the country. Led a diverse four person team comprised of business developers, accountants and executive administrators that helped to maintain the relationships with JASON’s corporate and educational partners. Responsible for the team’s hiring, training, coaching and performance management.

As Manager, Our team developed products and managed relationships to implement the vision for growing JASON's partner, sales base. working with government agencies such as NASA and NOAA to the Department of Energy and local and federal legislators as well as private companies such as Boeing and IBM.

Responsible for coordinating and creating all print media including student curriculum and marketing materials.Managed a team of 3 in-house content developers and 2 contractors.

Responsible for scheduling, organizing and facilitating JASON’s professional development training products to teachers around the world. Facilitated the training apparatus in the US, Mexico, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Guam and Australia. Served as primary point of contact to training participants for ongoing support and maintenance.Trained 3 full-time staff members and 30 off -site contractors to also have the knowledge and skills required to facilitate this training. Continuously addressed improvement areas based on evaluation feedback received from training participants.

Responsible for sales, marketing, social media and data analytics involved with property sales and rentals across the Northern Virginia Region.Promoted after one year to team lead of a four person sales team. Responsible for their training, growth, mentorship and management.Consistently averaged closures of 120-150 properties per year, which rated in the highest 1% of producers across the Northern Virginia Region. Won the ‘Top Producer Award” every year during the ten years of employment

Provided programmatic guidance, counseling and mentorship to enlisted personnel from all branches of the military to enable them to complete their undergraduate and graduate degrees.Managed four sites (The Pentagon, Quantico, Fort Belvoir and Henderson Hall (HQ USMC) across the Military District of Washington DC.
