-Perform daily administration support to ensure smooth running, liaise and coordinate with other departments, branches and external parties on services related matter.-Provide progress/activities/report to management on monthly basis.-Manage purchasing functions and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties.-Work closely with store personnel on inventory management and take ownership on the security and safety related matters-To assist in collection.

-Perform daily quotation, sales orders, delivery order, incoming call to ensure services and goods render to customer at satisfactory level.-Checking daily rate of driver on transportation to ensure price given according the place and price.-Monthly process the invoice and statement, failing the documents.

My responsibilities include:- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class.- To teach and educate students follow the guideline and educational needs.-Communicating, consulting and co-operating with parents and teachers.
