Since 1994, my practice has been focused on construction litigation and trial work. I focus mainly on complex civil litigation including construction defect and real property litigation and high exposure claims where the matter is likely to go to trial. While my litigation practice has over the years focused on construction and large commercial and municipal projects, about half my 80+ trials have been in areas outside the construction arena. I am happy to have earned the confidence of major clients and insurers who request my team try their high exposure cases to verdict in cases including product liability, wrongful death, employment cases, class action, and commercial litigation where the stakes are in the millions of dollars.I like people who build things, develop markets, work hard, and take pride in their work.
