Working with internal and external stakeholders to execute a range of collaborative R&D projects funded through Innovate UK and other funding streams, and commercial projects utilising UK Agri-Tech Centre resources. Using tools such as Teams Project and Excel amongst others, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of my projects. In supporting, coordinating, monitoring and regularly reporting, I ensure stakeholders are aligned, transparency is ensured and decision making is driven forward so the project delivers within the specified time, cost, quality, scope, and risk tolerances.

Advising/assisting coordination of the WWF pangasius programme & team in both Ha Noi and in the Mekong Delta – inc. progress report, internal document & funding appeal writing/editing; in-house & public presentations; field/producer visits. Internship leading to Technical Manager role at SCAPA Fish Farm Ltd, Kamuli District, Uganda (in association with BusinessMinds EU & Stirling University). Aiding the development of a catfish/tilapia farm - inc. monthly progress reports; preliminary EIA; daily staff /materials organization; coordination, installation & improvement to infrastructure both singularly and with local sub-contractors, e.g. hatchery upgrades & pipe work; hybrid solar/diesel electricity system; feed/equipment storage; up-grading of worker facilities, etc.*Reference from Mr Ian Derry, MD, BusinessMinds EU - 10/09/2010:"BusinessMinds and the University of Stirling are working in partnership with an existing small aquaculture producer in Uganda to develop a major sustainable commercial aquaculture business. Lee worked on site in Uganda, managing feed trials and the refurbishment of existing infrastructure, such as the catfish hatchery. Overall Lee achieved significant progress in a short-time in challenging circumstances. He proved himself to be extremely pragmatic and practical in dealing with the issues that constantly arise in operations in developing countries.
