Working with Norgren Kloehn as a Life Science OEM and solution based company I have been have been tasked with managing multi-million dollar accounts and growing the business through B2B sales. Daily I work with Engineers, Production, Procurement and the Pricing Department to develop strategies to manage the accounts that I am responsible for which include some of the world leaders in the industry: Illumina, Beckman, Caliper, CEM, J2, Paramit, Plexus, Vital Scientific and Wescor are just a few of my responsibilities. In managing these accounts I am constantly working with KAM’s and the Pricing Department to help manage SPI, margins and forecast needs against procurement lead times. Another area of the business I am involved with is managing all returned products for my accounts and miscellaneous accounts which gives me the opportunity to work with our Engineer and Quality Departments to see practical problems and solutions to our product line versus the application my customer is using.

As a Transportation Broker for Transpalce it was my responsibility to drive revenue growth for the company by effectively responding to the needs of existing and potential customers in conjunction with the effective sourcing and management of carriers. In doing so I managed the daily operations of a freight brokerage, including scheduling and tracking shipments, negotiating rates with freight carriers and handling customer questions. I also prospected for new clients, securing transportation, preparing marketing materials, matching carriers with customers and maintaining positive customer and carrier relations. Financial management was another area of position which included preparing spreadsheets and financial reports, filing claims, and setting shipping rates.
