CurrentPropel forward progress for company in role as founder and principal, growing business, from delivering seven courses and three state government agencies, to designing and providing a comprehensive portfolio of more than 150 course offerings to the majority of the state of California. Develop job-specific training, leadership, writing, and custom-designed sessions to meet the needs of specialized groups, mainly probation departments. Lead all aspects of training delivery cycle, from assessment of client requirements, to identification of skill gaps, introduction of new training, building content to analyze post-course data, and create booster training, for perishable skills courses when appropriate. Work hands-on to design and launch new marketing programs through website promotion and email marketing campaigns. Develop and disseminate flyers with course information and learning outcomes. Aggressively seek out and win bids and administer contracts.• Increased customer base approximately by 300%, expanding services from three governmental agencies in California to delivering annual training curriculua to most large and small counties in California.• Architected specific, proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) leading to an efficient user experience, and effective use by entire ecosystem: management, instructors, and customers.
