• The role currently involves a great deal of travel across the UK and has the potential for worldwide travel if required.

• I managed the Retail Food Safety Team; implemented quality systems; managed and analysed HACCP; investigated customer complaints; managed microbiological standards; conducted food safety compliance and hygiene audits.
• I managed and prioritised the schedule of retail food safety audits by risk assessing shops on numerous criteria; carried out retail audits, shadow and follow up/review audits as required; line managed in accordance.
