As a senior account manager at Experian, I have responsibility for managing and growing relationships with multiple FTSE 250 banks and organisations. As a member of the financial services team for Experian, I have succeeded in delivering growth within these accounts, whilst at the same time, garnering credibility across various stakeholders as a strong relationship manager. My priorities include ensuring a positive experience for Experian customers and partners, from user level to board level.

I joined Hopewiser in order to progress my career in an IT environment. This was always the long-term aim as my degree was specifically focused around Business and IT. I have always had an interest in this field, and as my coding / software development wasn't up to scratch, decided the commercial side was more for me. I am looking after some major clients as an Account Development Manager and have enjoyed dealing with the demands of these large customers.

After successfully gaining a 2:1 in Business Information Technology, I joined UPM-Kymmene as an Internal Sales Coordinator. This role expanded to include overseeing all exports out of our Shotton mill. I specifically dealt with developing key business links between paper buyers in India, China and Taiwan, plus smaller shipments to Malaysia.
