I am a driven individual with 15 years experience in the Gas and Electricity industry. I am a determined, capable and empathic leader who will always go above and beyond the required standard. I have a proven track record for investigating, analysing business situations and evaluating options for improving business processes and systems alike. I enjoy defining requirements that ensure the effective implementation in line with the needs of the business whilst adhering to regulatory guidelines. I was recently part of the Data Team that helped deliver the Energy Bills Support Scheme along with the Alternative Fuel Payment. In total, over 24 million payments were made to customers whilst safeguarding the business from making erroneous payments whilst adhering to stringent eligibility rules.
