I started out as a customer service agent, check-in for both international and domestic customers. I held skill set as a gate agent for jets and turboprop aircrafts and a shift supervisor for check-in. I moved into Aircraft operations coordinator in 2015. This includes ground to air radio communications with the flight crew, both inbound and outbound. I was trained in emergency procedures within the CHC aerodrome. The role had two different fleet types to manage, Jets and Turboprops. This is a challenging position where I am required to make independent decisions under pressure and need to work as part of a team. The ability to problem solve, have attention to detail, remain calm in pressure situations I something that I have gained from this role
