Refurbish three elevators to new digital upgraded and added five to reach all ten floors. Two wood frame buildings with wood trusses on same site, one single story conference room with kitchen, and the other a two single store conference room with kitchen, and the other a two story over masonry block. Multi level site construction of all buildings. Included in the site are two exterior two and three stop elevators. Rerouted all existing underground utilities with college still open for school. Exterior skin precast panels, metal panels and glazing. Sept 1994-Dec 1995B. Saddleback Memorial Medical Center/Women's Heath Center, 3 stories, 82352 sf. All three floors poured in place exterior with a pan cast poured flooring. Full service wing with patient's rooms to out patient care. C. Victoria Care Center 211 units, 149,259 sf. Residential hotel: 114 units/200 beds. Convalescent care: 36 units /69 beds. Skilled nursing: 61 units/119 beds. Wood frame with stucco exterior. Basement 21,392 sf., Masonry bearing walls with poured in place concrete frame. Other Buildings: Masonry walls and planking for two nine story hotels, Pour in place structures, buildings, parking. Tilt ups with walls up to forty eight feet high. Three stories wood frame building medical offices and apartments. Pour in place parking garages for commercial buildings.
