    Deliver different aspects of life skills and accredited courses to young people aged 11 – 16 to give them the best opportunity to progress further in life with some good qualifications as well as working on their aspirations, confidence and self-esteem. To keep the project admin up to date. This included doing basic invoices, arranging meetings, telephoning schools, parents and other service providers. Make sure registers are kept up to date, contacting schools and local authorities via phone and email keeping them updated on young people then keeping my own records on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Responsible for completing small funding bids, usually up to £10,000 in order to provide residential, outward bounds activities and to manage a multi ethnic youth group one night per week.Deliver a 10 week programme to clients between the age of 16 – 19 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). My role included collecting the referrals for the local connexions office then arranging home visits to ‘sell’ my programme to the clients. Once a course was arranged I was responsible for the admin side of the project whilst also delivering 3 day First Aid at Work, Level 2 in Community Sports Leadership, Level 2 in Foot Safety, Job Searching, CV Writing, Interview Techniques and arranging visits to local colleges to employers the get them progressed into further training or employment. My success rate of getting clients back into employment or training was 94%.Delivering a range of First Aid courses in schools, work places or other training providers. The courses I delivered included the 3 day First Aid at Work, 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work, 1 day Sports First Aid and 2 day Paediatric First Aid. I also had to assess numerous 3 day First Aid at Work courses. These were delivered to people aged 14 – 80.
