Brand/Creative• Manage a team responsible for creative development of esure’s brands and sub-brands, along with any future brands, to ensure that each is consistent, coherent and demonstrates the values that the business endorses.• Promotion and enhancement of esure’s brands, existing and future, via major marketing campaigns such as TV / Photoshoot production & planning to establish each in the marketplace and ensure their competitiveness.• Responsible for companywide approval, validation and enforcement of brand guidelines, influencing or insisting on changes where appropriate to staff at all levels, to ensure consistency and coherence of messages throughout Marketing & communication material.• Act as an internal creative consultant, undertaking ad hoc creative projects as requested, such as photography and graphic design, or using initiative to utilise this solution where appropriate often saving the company money by keeping these in house.• Select, brief, negotiate fees and direct external agencies on various creative projects to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.Social Media• Responsible for, and management of, esure’s social media development including the identification and exploitation of new customer communication channels to support acquisition and diversification.• Attend external meetings or forums and keep up to date with external worldwide developments in this area to gain ideas, insights and inspiration as to how the company can utilise social media to increase revenue and input this in to the strategy.Special ProjectsRan 'the lab' (Research & Development) - making recommendations for innovative changes based on a passion for the future, a desire to understand new opportunities & identify innovative ways to enhance current products.Work closely with the Senior Management team, undertaking any creative projects as requested, to include photography, and both personal and corporate assignments for Sir Peter Wood.
