-Through the years of working with projects and quality I have been involved in many exciting events,projects and different things that have broadened my horizons, some of the things that I have done / been involved with are:-RPM project leader. RPM means "Rapid Problem Management", this is a way of making the faults visual within the company, getting to the bottom of the faults, finding out how to stop it happening again and it is a very impressive tool when an audit of the company is being done.The RPM shows that you are not afraid of having faults but when they do arrise you have a way of dealing with them in a fast and effective way.External supplier contact and relations.Complaint / warranty handling in the form of a complaint system called NCR (non conforming report) where I have been a super user and instructor.-8D report responsible for site ncr´s in Viborg, writer and teacher (how to create such a report if it is to be done internally or how to see how it should look like if the supplier has written it.With the RPM project I have proven that results are not just things people talk about, but a thing that is possible to achieve.-Supplier contact with regards to faults, warranty claims, 8D reports and how we together can stop further faults getting to the customer.-Six Sigma (yellow belt)-LEAN (several boot camps)-PPAP (PPAP- Production Parts Approval Process)-CTQ reporting (CTQ- Critical To Quality)-Reading drawings and certified GPS drawings understanding.
