I am a physiotherapist who specialises in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). My passion is to work closely with patients to strategically problem-solve their MSK condition to alleviate pain, restore function, and equip and educate patients with the right tools to manage their condition independently. Strategic problem-solving is also an essential part of working with clients with disability, who in my experience, are frequently unheard. Working closely with a client to restore a meaningful, functional activity, in whatever form that may take, begins first with truly being heard.
