I have over 27 years' experience working for large multinational companies within the Banking, Media and Automotive sectors.My roles have covered budgeting and forecasting, management reporting and analytics. I also currently manage a team of 17 staff based in Dublin who support senior management in Dublin, Birmingham and London.I have lead or influenced numerous successful ad hoc projects relating to cost saving initiatives, offshoring, off site solutions, process re-engineering, office relocation and real estate strategy.These roles required strong leadership skills to implement strategies, motivate team members, accurately monitor progress and persuasively present current and future ideas and direction. I have the ability to ask the right questions, engaging the correct people, making people accountable and exploring new ideas and concepts while controlling associated risks.
