• As an experienced EQUIS/EFMD Programme Accreditation Reviewer, I provide consulting to institutions considering accreditation. I have participated in 50 accreditation Peer Review Teams, and am a current Member of the EFMD Programme Accreditation Board (formerly EPAS). In recent years, as an independent consultant, I have supported the accreditation efforts of a number of prestigious UK Business Schools.• I'm now mostly retired from my HR and Leadership consulting role which involved designing and delivering management training and leadership development for international organisations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East• These days, when I'm not volunteering with EFMD or working as an independent consultant, my time is devoted to volunteer work for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and for the local Community Speedwatch Group - a road safety initiative.• I previously held leadership positions in International HR management with geographical responsibility for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia/ Pacific, USA and Latin America. Lived in UK, Denmark, USA and Switzerland.• Generalist assignments included elements of all key HR disciplines but in particular talent management and business partnership. These roles also required the flexibility of approach required to work from shop floor to board room level and from corporate headquarters to emerging market start-ups.• Specialist assignments focused on leadership and organisational development. These included- design and management of a corporate management training and leadership development function- design and delivery of management curricula and programs - individual executive coaching- senior team facilitation. • OD activities at both country and regional level have included- change management interventions- strategy development projects - productivity improvement processes
