Accredited Level 2 IEP Employment Advisor currently addressing barriers to employment that unemployed participants are facing and ensuring that each person who engages with myself, leaves with the self-confidence and necessary skills required to secure sustainable employment. Work closely with participants of the RESTART scheme which provides individuals with a service which includes 121 focused job search advice, guidance on re-training options for a different sector and helping to restoring self-esteem of participants. As an employee of Seetec our work plays an important part in helping local participants establish connections within their communities to positively develop themselves further, in health, skills and socially.
