I'm currently seeking a transition into a career in library and information science. I have a lot of work experience in various fields including parking enforcement and public safety, but now I'm looking to put my years of academic study in archiving and records management to use. I'm interested in community archives and library services and would love to find an entry level position that fits my skill set. History, philosophy, literature, comic books, music, film, creative writing, and video games are my passions. As a lifelong learner and librarian I enjoy incorporating all aspects of my academic career and pop culture into my work. Being a strong advocate for education, information literacy, and social justice is crucial to librarianship and I look forward to serving my community through a future career in archiving.
