I am currently working as a Business and Technology Analyst for Accenture in Ireland since September 2021. I am currently part of the NSIS Team working on the Schengen Information Systems (SIS) Project for An Garda Síochána and have been in this position since November 2021. I currently have a variety of responsibilities in my role: - Main POC between Onshore Team (Ireland) and Offshore Team (Mumbai) for Design query resolution. Includes weekly facilitation of Functional and technical queries workshops with offshore team. - Design: Responsible for creating, updating and alteration of all Functional Design Documents, Supporting Reference Documents and Matrix’s in alignment with Design requirements. Also responsible for creation and alteration of Management Reports and process workflows. All development of Design documents and Reports are presented to client and Offshore team are presented to the client on a weekly basis. - Testing: Responsible for various series of testing on a regular basis including: User Acceptance Testing, Data Migration Testing, UAT Client Testing and Functional and Integration Sanity Testing. Includes testing prior to SIS Recast Go-Live in March 2023 and regular Cloud testing thereafter, also includes design and test of new enhancements to be added to SIS system. - Other: Main POC between NSIS Team and all Ports/Airports in Ireland prior to Go-Live, Test Script development and review and general day-to-day tasks.

Duties: . Programme administrator for the ESB HRM for Line Managers Programme (This is an annual CIPD accredited course for all ESB management). . Responsible for assisting in managing/preparing all operational/strategic aspects of the CIPD Centre, preparation and design of all Workshops, SharePoint Site, Handbook, Communications, Reading Material, CIPD Membership etc. . Accountable as the assistant Internal Verifier for CIPD (Governance/Auditing) to the HRM for Line Managers Programme in order to ensure governance/quality assurance. . Ensure compliance with Learning and Development/HR policies & procedures and ensure activities managed comply with Financial & Procurement Policies, GDPR & other Legislative requirements etc.. Managing all arrangements associated with training events/seminars i.e. scheduling participants, . Diary management of HR business partners and senior ESB stakeholders . Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, hotel & conference venues, . Recording details of attendance and management of all finances related to events. . Updating financial spreadsheets for all relevant training programmes i.e. keeping track of invoices/P.O’s/remaining budget(s). . Extensive use of Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word. . Regular use and updating of ESB’s Learning Management (SAP) system. . Ensure maximisation of delivery and ROI from all training through regular budget analysis . Scheduling and maintaining required databases, ensuring the provision of accurate statistics at all times.
