Processing & assembly process management- Perform weekly analysis and improvement implementation by manufacturing lines Production data analysis and manual & automatic line operation management- Collaborate with various teams through daily production meetings to ensure effective production methods Loss management with SPC (Statistical Process Control) program- Monitor production outputs and processes with SPC(Statistical Process Control) to implement process improvements that will reduce cycle time, process variation, defects and overall manufacturing problemsQuality control- Improve process consistency through analyzing quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures by selecting the worst defective items weeklyMRO (Maintenance, Repair, and operation) management- Minimize irregular orders and prevent shortages of consumables by setting monthly standards by MRO(Maintenance, Repair, and operation) consumable itemsProductivity & quality improvement activities- Reduce machining cycle time and improve surface quality by improving the tool path - Improve cycle time by rearranging the layout - Reducing processing time by combining tools- Improve the credibility of Fool Proof detection equipment through the improvement of an unstable process Initiative project management- Manage a new production line as a TFT member and collaborate with other teams through daily production meetings to discuss issues of direct rate and quality of goods- Manage the project to change a manual line to an automation system and check/improve operational problems including the Gantry system and automation robot.
