I am extremely proud to be part of the incredible Milton Keynes University Hospital.I've had the absolute pleasure to meet the most skilled and dedicated people.I've picked up some great life skills along the way and been privileged to share my lived experiences.I am a P2P listener which is a (Peer 2 Peer) service for staff.I am also trained as Mental Health First Aider which is an emergency mental health initiative. This is highly intensive and covers many different complex mental health issues. I am very passionate about modern, flexible mental health and wellbeing support services.I'm proudly the Chair of the staff Ability Network(formally disability) as we seek and encourage a fair and inclusive culture. We help with accessible design, improving recruitment & retention practices. we are pleased to join with our regional and national NHS ability networks and NHS partners and work in collaboration to pursue new and innovative supportive and assitive technologies, ideas & practices along with our network members, EDI leadership teams and the hospital executive and management teams who also share our aspirations for a workplace for all.
