As the Head of World Squash Officiating (WSO), I am dedicated to advancing the officiating sector within squash by promoting growth, professionalism, and standardisation. My passion lies in development and tackling new challenges, which drives my commitment to enhancing skills and deepening knowledge.With a background in high-performance environments, I have collaborated with individuals and organisations striving for excellence. My approach centres on creating a positive impact through a focus on goals, values, behaviours, and strengths.Throughout my career, I have taken on various roles that shape my understanding of performance. These include my current position as Head of WSO, as well as experiences as a full-time squash player, high-performance coach, commentator, presenter, and England Junior National Coach. I have also served on selection panels and participated in several committees.Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into building and managing an organisation. This experience has equipped me with the skills to develop strategic initiatives, encourage team collaboration, and create a sustainable framework for growth.My aim is to transform the sector of officiating by increasing and diversifying the talent pool while actively addressing gender imbalance.
