In this role I was the administrator of the sales office, processing and dispatching orders as well as dealing with customer enquires through both email and over the phone. This role taught me what it means to work together towards a common goal and the ability to be adaptable and to know what to prioritise when faced with many tasks at once.

As Videographer at the Jason Roberts Foundation I would capture events and edit them into small promotional videos to advertise the charity and what we were doing on the community. The foundation was also the subject of my first documentary which can be found www.leeecclesmedia.wordpress.com

During my time at WD Sportz I was tasked with going to film and record Non-League football matches each weekend around London. I would then have to turn these around before Monday into a compact highlights video which would be uploaded to their YouTube channel.

In this role I was taught all about teamwork to produce the best possible service and food for the consumer. I had to work in a high pressure kitchen in which I often had to fill in different roles at very short notice and still keep all the processes running smoothly!!!
