I've worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 20yrs. During that time I obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Supervision/Management.I had developed alot of specific skills to the industry ie. •VERY EXPERIENCED BARISTA•MENU DEVELOPMENT •TRAINING OF Hospitality Specific Staff•Customer complaints and conflict resolution As well as a bunch of transferable skills ie...•Customer service•Stock and Inventory Management •Problem solving skills •QUICK LEARNER •ABILITY to ADAPT For the last couple of years I've worked in the Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Fulfilment Industries. This is now where I want to be. The change in Industries is something I've needed and wanted for many years. I had been lucky enough to work for Officeworks CFC ( Customer Fulfilment Center) for close to two years. I was one of a few Inventory Procurement Officers. This role consisted of the •Replenishment of stock for the online order pick packers. •Voice Picking when needed•Pdt and SAP usage to retrieve stock•MHE USAGE IE. WAVE or SPRINT, pallet jacks manual and electrical etc•Training of new staff membersAnd much much more.So now I'm looking for a similar role where I can learn and flourish and obtain a permanent full time role.
