- I have over 20 years of experience, working in various health care environments including community health, emergency health, hospitals and private practice. - I have performed challenging roles in the emergency sector including Advanced Life Support Paramedic to ‘off-road’ roles of Acting Team Leader, Clinical Instructor and rostering- Changing life priorities allowed me to pursue new career interests and obtain the role of Paediatric Allied Health Assistant increasing my experience in childhood health and development- I have continued to gain opportunites to enhance my relationship building skills while working with young, disadvantaged children in education settings- My greatest sense of achievement in these roles has been improving the health, development and educational outcomes of children and their families and enjoying these rewards with my colleagues
