Adaptable, Accountable, Affable.Lee is a Training Specialist and Learning Experience Designer at the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES). He partners with business stakeholders to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences that lead to behavior change and business impact and coordinates safety training for MCES employees. Lee received his BFA from Minnesota State University-Mankato and his MS in Instructional Design from the University of North Dakota.
