• Oversee day to day operations of Nashville office • Perform all walk-throughs and estimates for bid selection • Train and orientate new hires • Attend trade shows, networking events and industry events • Maintain budget for office supplies, salaries, etc. • Process payroll hours

• Plan and oversee youth activities as it relates to the youth and young adult department• Licensed (01/28/07) and Ordained (03/31/13)• Collaborated with Streets Ministries for Youth Church every month • Organized youth fundraisers for Pastor’s Anniversary • Developed and planned Youth Revival for Youth Month for four consecutive years• Helped organize Youth Revival for the Memphis District Association for three consecutive years• Conducted Youth Bible Study for two consecutive years• Requested to preach at several churches for youth programs and 11AM services o These services were held at churches including Bethlehem Baptist Church, Jerusalem Baptist Church, Progressive Baptist Church, Shiloh Baptist Church, New Bethel Full Gospel Baptist Church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church- Dallas, TN, Mt. Olive Baptist Church- Loudon, TN, Phillips Chapel CME Church- Nashville, TN, St. John Baptist Church- Antioch, TN, Tabernacle of Praise Baptist Church, Olivet Baptist Church( Nashville, TN), Crystal Fountain Church (Nashville, TN) just to name a few• Assumed a two month period of pulpit duties at the historic Greater Middle Baptist Church in Memphis, TN which was pastored by the late Dr. Benjamin L.
