•Responsible for all creative output, with oversight of the creative team and creative processes; the ideation, presentation and execution of branding and marketing communication campaigns; and the operational readiness of the creative team. Ensuring the professional development and readiness of the creative team, and self and staff development.•Responsible for brand representation on all three company websites: Movie Gallery, Hollywood Video and Game Crazy (all divisions of MGI, Inc.) Includes Art Direction of promotional elements and ensuring in-store initiatives are effectively converted from print to web.•Responsible for establishing and maintaining corporate brand identity for 2000 stores nationwide: includes design of point-of-purchase, collateral, packaging, advertising, direct mail, and corporate communications.•Develop the creative strategy behind each project, communicate to the creative team and present to senior management.•Hire and direct contracted graphic designers, illustrators and photographers.•Work with cross-functional teams to represent the needs and objectives of the marketing department and ensure branding and positioning strategies are being met.

•Design logos and graphics for advertising campaigns, promotions and marketing materials for Blazers and affiliated companies (Seahawks, PDX, Post Up Productions).•Hire and direct contracted graphic designers, illustrators and photographers.•Art direct and coordinate photo shoots including NBA game nights.•Liaison with NBA Photos, edit all incoming film, including all game photography.•Oversee company photography budget including the purchase of film and equipment.•Serve as primary photography contact for Rip City Magazine.
