Responsible for the Procurement of Large scale Enterprise Agreements, associated with Infrastructure and Cloud, and Infrastructure related Software (SaaS). Category Led approach focussing on key Strategic opportunities to extract value on a long term basis.

Currently responsible for IT Procurement in the UK&I Channel for Enterprise Stores Solutions for a number of Tier 1 Vendors who have Customer facing Technology impact. Additional responsibility for Back End Infrastructure Platform requirements supporting our Key IT Systems and Front Line Business applications.

Responsible for Sourcing of Infrastructure Hardware and Software, and identifying and building Strategic Relationships with our supply base. Experience in dealing with Sourcing matters with top Tier Vendors such as Oracle, Cisco, IBM, HP, Hitachi, EMC and negotiating Contracts with fit for purpose terms and conditions. Full end to end Sourcing cycle experience from RFP process running, to contract award and on going supplier management.Divestment experience, with Transitional Service Agreements, Rights to Use contracts, and Novations. Global Sourcing integration experience with Contract review and take on, and integration into existing processes.Stakeholder management experience, with regular dialogue at Senior Management level. Adopting a Strategic Sourcing approach, identifying key opportunities, consolidation, cost avoidance and savings to budget for the organization. CIPS qualified.
