Profile bio

About Lee Fredricks

For nearly 25 years I have lived and breathed Development, Operations and Digital Transformation - first as an implementer and adopter and, more recently, consulting with and assisting others in their own transformation journeys. As a Development Manager for Micromuse and IBM Tivoli (the Netcool suite of products) I was introduced to Network management and operations. Acquisition took me to IBM and, during my 15 years there, I worked to transform traditional, monolithic software products and Development teams to microservices-based architectures, fully owned by Agile squads - with all the cultural implications that involves! My last development role - Senior Development Manager for the IoT Platform, hosted in IBM Cloud - introduced me to PagerDuty. 7 years ago, I jumped to Sales, leading the EMEA Technical Sales team for IBM Cloud and helping our clients with their Digital Transformations and the adoption of Hybrid Cloud, XaaS and Cloud Native principles. My journey now continues with PagerDuty and the Operations Cloud. I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather be!

Listed skills include Soa, Agile Methodologies, Software Project Management, Software Development, and 14 others.
