Procurement Systems Analyst II – August 2008 to PresentCoupa Administrator- Configure and develop expertise in CarMax’s eProcurement platform during implementation and sustainment- Ensure that all eProcurement system configurations (users, approvals, filters, etc ) are set up in accordance withCarMax’s procurement policies- Learn to conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the eProcurement platform and required data elements - Connect with the business to assess requirements of business objects such as suppliers, users, items, etc. - Serve as liaison between CarMax and Procurement technology service providers- Oversee and troubleshoot incoming and outgoing cXML payload traffic and work with supplier to correct- Learn to assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly and support necessary change managementSalesforce Administrator- Help users when they have issues with the Salesforce platform used for our Supplier Database- Uploaded monthly csv files containing PO and Invoice Data- Pulled supplier reports as needed PeopleSoft Catalog Administrator- Manage the Procurement item catalog by independently performing additions, changes and deletions- Coordinate supplier enablement and electronic connectivity [EDI], including initial set-up and maintenance- Design, Manage and perform all Procurement related PeopleSoft upgrade test scenarios- Serve as Procurement Liaison between Procurement, IT, Accounting and other business groups - Procurement System related troubleshooting and issue resolution in PeopleSoft and eProcurement - System development, design and implementation for PeopleSoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow- PeopleSoft report and query creation, review and maintenance, including ad hoc reporting requests and analysis
