Our factory established in 2001, from 2015 we are starting exporting bussiness. Our factory is located in Shaoxing zhejiang China,covers an area of 20000 square meters，and close to NingBo . shanghai port. So we can provide a promote and ecomic delivery . We are a group with 120 staff,100 workers from factory and 20 workers from export department. We are producing spandex air covered yarn(ACY), polyester filament yarn(DTY),spandex single covered yarn (SCY),double covered yarn (DCY) and bare spandex as well.totally we have 5 production line. For ACY, we process 10 set yuejian 1000, 2 sets bagmag machines, producing 1200-1500 tons/month. For DTY, we process 20 set yuejian 800, 10 set yuejian 1000, producing 8000-10000 tons/month. For SCY and DCY, we process 100 sets, brand weifong. And also we are purchasing POY from tongkun, hengyi , spandex from creora , Huafon.Meanwhile all our products passed oeko, Iso and GRS certification. Those professional production line , reliable raw materials and guarantee certification ensure a stable trustworthy authority quality(AA Grade), and efficiency, powerful shipment (7-15days ).
