1． More than 13 years' experience about design, implementation and test of industry control system;2． More than 5 years' experience of team management with extremely strong responsibilities and good team work spirit;3． More than 5 years’ experience of product development, familiar with NPI program;4． Engineering background of domestic top 10 universities, and professional knowledge of automatic control and software engineering;5． Certificates of PMP, 6 sigma DFSS Green Belt, Information System Project Management Division (ITPMP);6． Fluent in English (CET 6), and oversea project working experiences;7． Familiar with most of domestic and oversea popular PLC, DCS and HMI(SCADA);8． Known well about software design in VB or VC platform, and rich experiences in communication via RS232, RS485 or Ethernet between the DCS/PLC and 3rd-party non-standard equipment or devices;9． Skillful in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
