With over 25 years of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry, I started my career asa Chef in some high-profile restaurants and outside catering companies before moving ontopubs and clubs as a Licensee/Area Manager I then joined Roslyns as a Senior Auditor beforemoving into my current role as a Senior Business Development Manager for the licensed trade.As a Licensee, I developed first-class networking skills and flexibility of style allowing me towork successfully with Police, Licensing Authorities and most importantly in front of guests.This experience has held me in good stead in my current role enabling me to advise and assistmy clients to the best of my ability.I have worked in hotels, schools, private member clubs and both managed and tenanted pubsbuilding up an extensive list of contacts that I still use today.I am an experienced people manager and sales professional who is always keen to make a goodimpression and exceed people’s expectations, delivering first-class customer experience ismy passion, working directly with site operators to provide a variety of business support, including accounting, financial forecasting & tax advice. Having a keen eye for detail and constantly striving for results, my role gives me the excellent opportunity to support and advise clients to develop and grow their businesses.
