Chinook Ch-47F Pilot
Current- Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning, ensuring aircraft airworthiness and mission readiness.- Navigate and operate helicopters in varying weather conditions and challenging terrains, maintaining situational awareness and crew coordination.- Provide guidance to crew members on mission objectives, tactics, and safety procedures, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.- Assess potential risks and hazards associated with each mission, making informed decisions to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.- Apply sound judgment to adapt flight plans and procedures in response to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges.- Address and document any maintenance discrepancies or malfunctions, prioritizing the safety of flight operations.- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills, stay current with aviation regulations, and adopt new technologies.- Complete accurate flight logs, mission reports, and administrative documentation to record flight hours, maintenance activities, and mission outcomes.Qualifications:- 3 years of experience as an Army Helicopter Pilot.- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.- Proficient in operating Chinook CH-47F model.- Active security clearance and compliance with military standards.
