The Association of British Columbia Marine Industries is here to be a strong voice for you, and a catalyst for a competitive, efficient and environmentally responsible marine industry sector in British Columbia.

Main duties involved 3D and 2D drafting to create arrangements and problem solving solutions in the marine environment. Working extensively on the outfit and mechanical design of a 74m motor superyacht, a 50m luxury sailing catamaran and various smaller military and high speed catamaran craft. Other tasks included ensuring SOLAS, IMO, MCA, ABS, Lloyds and BV rule compliance. Several extended periods of time providing assistance and build support on various projects at shipyards in the USA totaling almost 10 months overseas as an onsite engineer.
