PSU Snubber Circuitry, IGBT gate-drive, High voltage 800V DC Link capacitor design for high reliability and lifetime. DC link pre-charge & discharge circuitry. FPGA interface to power stage. Internal temperature diagnostic and protection circuitry, Motor phase current sensing and OC protection, high voltage DC link sensing and ∑∆ ADC interface. Safe Torque OFF (STO), Functional Safety, Regenerative brake Chopper + IGBT De-saturation Protection, Three-phase input Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) filter to eliminate conducted harmonic emissions. Three-phase over-voltage protection circuitry. Supervision of the PCB layout to minimize EMC radiated emissions in high-voltage high power systems and to comply with creep-age and clearance guides to UL61800-5-1, EN61010. Near Field EMI Test & TEM Cell + Bowtie Antennae + 3-Ph LISN Radiated and Conducted Tests for Compliance.
