My career has taken me in many different directions but I have maintained a theme along the way - helping people to achieve their aims. My life outside of work has taken much the same format, helping others to achieve goals in one way or another. I qualified as a Life Coach in 2003. I continue to coach people in my spare time, mainly friends and colleagues. My connections with various sports have naturally allowed me to help athletes with various issues, but mainly in how they balance their life. I am a firm believer that your best performance comes from a settled mind and life. Happy people make successful athletes!I am now establishing a specialist Life Coaching practice for athletes in all sports, but mainly Rugby, Football, Cricket, Tri-Athalon, Athletics and Cycling with the aim of helping people to balance their life and perform with a clear head. Although I am studying for a degree in Psychology and Counselling - I am NOT a Sports Psychologist or a Sports Counsellor - I will always refer onwards if that is more relevant for my clients. I also have a full-time job, so coaching in evenings and weekends is really good for me.I also work on 100% confidentiality - the level of information a client supplies is entirely their choice. I am comfortable working with people who wish to remain anonymous but also provide privacy for those that don't.I am looking to connect with like-minded individuals who see the benefit in athletes having a settled mind and are looking for ways to help athletes to live balanced lives.
