Uncommon Sense Consulting is providing expertise in the CRM space. Specifically, leading the design, implementation and execution of a structured plan for player promotional activities across multiple poker and multi game brands.

Shopitize worked on the premise that there is value to brands in knowing what is in a shoppers basket. Using technology to scan the shoppers receipt, it was able to tell what items were purchased.My role was, primarily, to enable the business to leverage this valuable information. Our data had to be set up in such a way as to enable those shopper insights to be made known to our partner brands. The data had to accurately reflect all of the items scanned by the shopper and be data mined in order to report back each campaigns effectiveness.In addition, I needed to ensure that I was able to increase key stakeholder engagement with our analytics. One way in which this was achieved was by the implementation of Tableau. This allowed colleagues the clear visibility of our historical and current campaign performance.

Initially responsible for our player loyalty and reward program, Aspire. This role went on to focus on increasing the visibility of our financial and player data across tis multi-site business.From a player perspective, this was about ensuring that the Aspire program was as aspirational, and as clear as possible, whilst not proving a barrier to play.Internally, it was about ensuring that we were set up to provide a loyalty and reward program that was a market leader in value returned to the player and managed within a bespoke system, so as not to prove a burden to the operational team.In addition, I set up a suite of automated reporting (three hourly, game type), that allowed the business the flexibility to measure the effectiveness of room layout changes and variations in minimum/maximums.These initiatives were all brought together when I became part of the team that opened the UK's largest site in Stratford.
