Senior QS working on various new build and refurbishment schemes for Esh Build which is the commercial build section of Esh Construction.Schemes include Pelton Medical Centre/Pharmacy/Library £2.4m; New build retail units at Quorum Business Park; refurbishment of the National Glass Centre Museum in Sunderland £1.4m; school extension at Teesville, Middlesbrough £1.8m; refurbishment of car showroom at Benfield VW in Carlisle.

Worked on new build schemes for Your Homes Newcastle with an average value of £3.5M. I utilised my new build experience on a site level for a firm which has previously specialised in refurbishment work. I oversaw a team of 8 Quantity Surveyors of varying levels delivering refurbishment works for Your Homes Newcastle with an approximate turnover of around £30M per annum.Previously my role was supervisory overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors delivering new build schemes in the Teesside area. These schemes ranged in value from £3M to £22M comprising housing projects and a drug rehabilitation unit in Middlesbrough (£8M).My initial role as a Quantity Surveyor involved day to day QS tasks on refurbishment works for Coast & Country and Tristar. Turnover of approximately £50M in 3 years.
