CurrentAs the Global Supplier Integration Manager in IT for Product Engineering, Design, and Quality at Jaguar Land Rover, I lead the Global Supplier Integration (GSI) Team, focusing on Supplier Collaboration.The GSI team plays a critical role in enabling seamless integration of suppliers with JLR’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications throughout the vehicle program phases. We ensure that suppliers remain connected, capable, competent, and compliant at every stage.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of a team that deploys a wide range of PLM tools and applications to over 500 suppliers across more than 2,500 global locations.Report on supplier progress, issues, and escalations to senior business stakeholders across IT, Product Engineering Operations, Vehicle Programmes, and Purchasing.Led the development and deployment of a global supply chain management portal, enabling suppliers to manage their integration needs via a subscription model.Maintain focus on achieving SLAs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with key vehicle program timelines.Manage team deliverables and projects using Agile methodology and Kanban tools.Align key stakeholders on supplier strategies for toolset deployments, ensuring clarity and cohesion.Lead the team with a focus on consistently meeting or exceeding core goals and objectives.Developed and implemented internal communication strategies to support business change initiatives across JLR.
