Lee is a well experienced and committed senior health care leader who has a passion for quality improvement and integrated care across the continuum . Lee’s strengths include her solid, well integrated health systems knowledge and her expertise, innovation and continuous quality improvement focus . Her greatest strength is her ability to engage staff, teams , and external stakeholders with a focus on collaborative work. This has been demonstrated in various intersectoral work and with various cultural groups including many First Nations groups and Middle Eastern culture.. Lee has served on several provincial and national committees focused on innovative program development and leading practices. Lee currently is Co-chair for the Northern Alberta Chapter of Canadian College of Health Leaders .Lee has chaired several cross Ministry committees and working groups including work with Education, Social services and First Nations groups .Lee has also been an international and national surveyor and educator for Accreditation Canada for fifteen years. In her role as a surveyor with Accreditation Canada she has completed large and small scale evaluation surveys across the country involving a number of programs including health systems , public health services and community partners . Currently Lee is a Board member for the Onion Lake Cree Nations Business Development Corp.(BDC) in Saskatchewan providing Board guidance and oversight to BDC Onion Lake Cree Nations operations sitting on both the Audit and Finance committee and the Policy committee.Lee has a proven record of experience across the continuum of care and a passion for engaging stakeholders and community partners ,ensuring quality care in alignment with national standards.Often in complex environments and under tight deadlines Lee has worked diligently with various stakeholders to assist them to achieve their objectives.
