I am an extremely computer literate person with experience in scripting in SQL, Visual Basic, IronPython, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, XAML as well as a number of languages. I am analytical and have very good problem solving skills. I have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word and can enhance documents with Visual Basic for Applications scripts. I can work alone or as part of a team as needed and am used to working in high pressure environments. Recently I have been working on the Partner for Windows system for BT Legal, this has meant designing systems for the different areas of BT Legal, creating scripts in SQL and designing screens using IronPython and XAML. To do this I have had to work with people on all levels within BT Legal to develop complex processes, reports and screens so that users can complete their work. The system and servers also need to be maintained which means being in constant contact with various areas of BT’s Technology area. I am also completing a Part time degree with the Open University in Computing and IT (Software) so that I can further my career.
