Lee is a partner in the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. Lee practices in the financial institutions group and focuses on corporate and real estate finance and restructuring. Lee has substantial experience in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and general litigation, having represented financial institutions, creditors' committees, estate fiduciaries and other parties in federal and state courts nationally. Lee also regularly negotiates multi-lender agreements to structure debt obligations in the primary and secondary markets. Lee is committed to efficient and effective client service by taking a common-sense and practical approach to helping clients achieve their objectives.

Lee was a member of the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice groups. His practice focused on the restructuring and reorganizing of companies and their debt obligations both in and out of court. These matters included significant negotiation, documentation and litigation in federal and state courts around the country and an understanding of business objectives and legal leverage as applied to different situations.
