Responsible for the operational oversight and direction of 11 provider practices including 22 providers, 9 APP's, 52 staff members and 2 office managers. Focused on implementing strategy and initiatives for practice operations.

Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for specialist practice office sites. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in these offices. Supervises managers, medical, nursing and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care. Coordinates scheduling of procedures with hospital staff for maximum efficiency. Initiate and complete provider enrollment and re credentialing process for employed physicians. Complete and submit malpractice applications for newly employed providers. Maintain timely and accurate data entry of provider data in CAQH and credentialing database. Monitor expiring licensure, board and professional certifications for all providers and ensure timely renewals. Manage EMR (Athena) build coordinator to ensure software problems are resolved. Schedule and assist build coordinator with new hire training. Responsible for the daily/weekly work schedule for float pool.

Conducted sales calls within community contacts to promote the facility and services provided. Overseen the tours of the facility to prospective residents and families interested. Maintained the facility's objectives of the budget as it pertained to census and payor. Overseen all aspects of the Admissions department.
