I am responsible for quality assurance testing on system patches and enhancements that affect the Y-MAPSS (YMCA Membership and Program Support System) modules, developing test plans, writing test scripts and validating results. I also acts as liaison between YMCA departments, branches and the development team. My responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes, systems, Y-MAPSS related bugs, issues system enhancements and interacting with end users to determine and document system enhancement requests.I also assists with the development of future business processes as they relate to custom Y-MAPSS solutions. I consult with users and training leads for specifications and needs assessment, and work with developers on customized solutions by performing functional and user acceptance testing of custom built applications.
