I work closely with my property casualty business partners to support their data needs. My work includes data exploration, data curation, and providing support to other analysts. Also, I work with our data engineering team on data ingestion and curation efforts. I am engaged in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and providing business knowledge and expertise about our data and systems.

I oversee an area that is responsible for testing the actuarial formulas and factors. This area also performs various strategic audits of our processes.

I was responsible for managing a library of reports used by various levels of business partners and regularly fulfiled ad hoc data requests. In addition to my reporting responsibilities, I was also actively involved in various projects that required a good understanding of our data and systems.

I was responsible for developing business requirements and testing system changes. During my times as a business analyst, I worked on two system to system conversion projects, and I developed a MS Access database template to store and manage our test cases.

I was responsible for underwriting personal lines business which included auto, home, watercraft, mobile home, and umbrella insurance. I was selected to be part of a pilot and became one of the first personal lines multi-line underwriters in the company.
